Storyline: When a ruthless drug lord kills some villagers in Mexico, mortally wounding the priest trying to protect them, the priest summons a legendary Mayan serpent to avenge their deaths. Before dying, the priest passes on control of the creature to Miguel (Carlos Moreno Jr.), the sole survivor of the massacre. Journeying to Los Angeles to carry out his vendetta, Miguel brings chaos to the city as he launches the winged serpent against the drug lord’s boss Jesus Franco (Adrian Alvarado) and his gang. As Franco's men turn up dead, having been clawed or bitten or impaled or merely dropped out of the sky, hardboiled cop Griffin (Maxwell Caulfield) and his female partner Wells (Sonia Satra) are hot on the trail.
